Billing settings show the organization's CharityStack plan and billing configuration.

When To Use This

Use billing settings when you need to review the current plan or understand account billing configuration.

Before You Start

You need billing permissions to view or manage this area.

Plans

CharityStack billing can show:

• Starter
• Custom

Starter is the standard plan shown in the dashboard. Custom means the organization has a custom billing setup; custom values are read-only in the dashboard.

Notes

Plan changes can affect future checkout, portal, and dashboard payments. Review the confirmation screen before changing plans, especially when finance or leadership needs to approve fee changes.

If billing values do not match your agreement with CharityStack, contact CharityStack support before changing the plan.
