Payout frequency controls how often eligible funds are transferred to your organization's bank account when the setting is available.

When To Use This

Use payout frequency settings when your finance team wants to adjust payout cadence for reconciliation or cash-flow planning.

Before You Start

• You need payout management permission.
• This setting may depend on your payment processor.

Steps

1. Go to Settings.
2. Open Payout Frequency.
3. Choose the payout frequency.
4. Choose any required arrival-day option.
5. Save.

Options

Available options may include:

• Daily
• Weekly, with a weekday selected
• Monthly, with a day of the month selected

Availability depends on your payment processor and account setup. If payout frequency is not available for your organization, the settings page indicates that the option is unavailable.

Payout frequency changes usually affect future payouts, not payouts that are already in progress.
